It is the perfect cruising sailboat, sturdy and dependable with a four and one-half foot Scheel Keel that allows access to many more ports and anchorages than other longer keeled sailboats.
It is powered by a rolling head sail, an in-mast furling main sail, and a 24 HP diesel engine which provides about 200 miles of power cruising from the 28 gallon fuel tank..
It has a complete head including sink and shower, a total of 60 gallon fresh water storage, and a 12 gallon hot water heater which works from shore power as well as engine heat.
There is a galley with an alcohol stove and oven, a hot plate, sink with running hot & cold water, a microwave, and a top loading ice box.
There is an auto helm, GPS, and other navigation and wind indicators.
The boat has sailed on Lake Michigan and Lake Superior with visits to many ports including the Isle Royale National Park in Lake Superior.
It sleeps six comfortably in the fore berth, the main birth and the quarter berth.
The roomy cockpit is functional and comfortable with custom made cushions and with lots of storage.
