This 1994 Sea Ray 400 Express Cruiser is a sharp looking boat with custom deep blue cushions on the bow.
On the water it has been called a “wave buster”.
The twin gasoline 502’s are fresh water and sea water cooled engines.
They have plenty of power and cruises at 25 mph with a max speed of 35 mph.
These engines only have less than 1,015 hours on them.
Entry into the boat is through the transom door from a boat ladder or the extended swim platform that has a fresh water shower.
The fully enclosed COCKPIT has a Sunbrella top with Eisenglass that is fully removable.
It has a Radar Arch with two large speakers, hailer & TV antennae.
U-shaped leather seats aft of the Helm + a single seat next to the bar size sink & icemaker.
Normal seating capacity in the cockpit area is 12.
It has multiple storage areas for equipment and supplies.
The 2 Perko switches are located in a convenient area that controls 3 batteries.
The HELM has a double wide leather bench seat, leather steering wheel, control switches, twin throttle & gear shift controls, an Emergency start switch and windshield wipers.
It has a 10” Garmin GPS/Chartplotter/Depth Meter, VHF radio, Anchor Windlass,
Compass and a control pad to change the AM/FM cassette radio stations.
The Helm is elevated.
Electronics include: Raytheon GPS, chart plotter, radar with built in worldwide charts, autohelm with remote control for steering from the bow, & tridata.
Down the steps, enter the CABIN through a fiberglass sliding door.
The Electrical Panel is conveniently located near the steps.
The Dinette converts to a bunk that will sleep two.
It is equipped with AC/Heat with a hot water heater and lots of stowage for hanging clothes, supplies and equipment.
Enjoy relaxing music with the AM/FM radio, CD’s, and I-pod capable interface.
Main unit and exterior speakers upgraded and a large amp installed.
The Galley has a Microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and an AC/DC three burner stove.
The fully enclosed stand-up head has a counter, sink, separate shower, and a Vacu-Flush marine sanitation device with a Macerator, power exhaust, cabinet and a medicine cabinet.
The Forward BERTH sleeps two on an upgraded Tempurpedic mattress, and the AFT BERTH also sleeps two on bunk beds.
All interior leather seating and carpeting has been replaced with upgraded materials.
Owners do not sleep aboard as they have a vacation home.
MAINTENANCE – This boat is in great shape and has had regular maintenance and repairs performed as needed.
Over $22,000.00 in documented maintenance has been performed making this particular vessel in top condition.
Owner has all maintenance records.
When the boat was surveyed this is what the surveyor wrote: "Hull: Deep V, molded fiber reinforced polyester, gelcoat, painted with anti-fouling paint.
Cabin Interior and Galley: Two state rooms, one head, two showers (one on aft deck), one pedestal table, three burner electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, icemaker on aft.
The sofa can also be converted to
a bed.

Vacuflush marine sanitation, port pump out, one head, no overboard discharge
per regulations.
Windlass with Danforth anchor, 150 feet new line, 4 docking fenders.
High intensity remote controlled search light, two carbon monoxide detectors.
Three bilge pumps, Two electric bige heaters with thermostat.
Completely serviced last winter.
Everything works.
