The following are upgrade/repairs that have been done to this boat.
It is a turnkey, ready to go boat.
Note should be made that the port engine was replaced by a new, not remanufactured engine.
The original big block engines were replaced by Larry’s Lighthouse Marine, in 1999, with D285, Indmar Marine 351c.i. engines, fresh water cooled, along with the installation of 2 Borg Warner Velvet Drive transmissions, one of which was checked and rebuilt in 2002.
The port engine has been replaced by a new one in 2002.
There was no sanitary system in the boat when I first acquired it in 2002.
New complete system was then installed.
This boat is mechanic owned.

The following are the approx. times repair, upgrades and installations were performed:
1999:
Both big block 454 cu.in. engines replaced with D285 Indmar marine engines.
Borg Warner transmissions (2) installed.
2002:
Port engine replaced with entire new unit (not remanufactured)
Port transmission checked and rebuilt/resealed.
Both prop shaft logs rebuilt with new stuffing in stuffing boxes.
All four exhaust manifolds replaced.
Complete sanitary system installed with macerator bowl and pumps.
2003:
Full camper canvas with screening installed.
Both (2) bilge pumps and switches installed.
Anchor windlass rebuilt (updated).
Anchor rope replaced.
Generator engine riser replaced.
Powder coated aluminum radar arch installed.
Both props replaced.
2004:
All engine exhaust risers replaced.
Anchor winch motor and solenoids replaced.
Trim tab switch replaced.
All cockpit upholstery completely redone, wood also replaced.
Replaced carburetor on port engine with new unit.
2005:
Starboard engine heat exchanger boiled out and cleaned.
Replaced domestic water pump.
Compete tune up on both engines.
2006: (Boat was not used due to injury)
Both seawater pumps rebuilt (every spring)
Both cutlass bearings replaced
Genset water pump rebuilt
Genset carburetor rebuilt
Genset head gaskets replaced (checking and cleaning water jackets)
Genset exhaust manifold replaced with new unit
Genset starter rebuilt
Both props reconditioned
Both rudder shaft stuffing boxes rebuilt
2008:
New cabin ceiling in galley and berth.
Owner is seeking upgrade to larger boat with flybridge.
Will consider trades with non running boats or boats in need of repair.
