41 IOR model islander originally built to internat'l offshore racing standards. overall boat is in great shape with low hrs on the nissan 4cyl inboard diesel engine. huge main saloon is roomy for 8 crew to eat at the fold down table, good size galley for cooking gourmet meals with stove/oven on gimbels, coldplate refer/freezer and addional icebox also for storage.
Double front berth shares the head/shower with main cabin and rear seperate captains stateroom is roomy with 6'6" double bed and inclusive nav station with plumbing for head if desired.
Three berths are available in main cabin after meals are thru on the setee and lee berth.
Up top is good sized cockpit with 7' room for sleeping on deck and rigging, mast and boom are overstout for heavy sailing if required.
Keel is deep fin type aprox 7' draft with extra heavy duty fiberglass below the waterline.
Water tanks are aprox 100 gal and 30 gal waste and 50 diesel tank.
Two anchors are included, 40 CQR type and 35# Danforth with total of about 800 ' rode and 100 ' chain.
