Newly painted from gunnel to keel, 3 bilge pumps, all new bronze thru hulls & bronze sea cocks.
New depthsounder, 2 heads, 2 showers, commercial grade refrig/large capacity freezer, 5 brand new batteries, new vhf, documented 2004, surveyed 2004, cruised California to Mexico to Oregon in 2005, currently insured.
The hull is NOT wood as previously advertized.
It is glass over ferro cement, built in a yard - not a home built - with rich wood interior by Don Blackman Boat Yards in San Diego.
It is a 1975 hull.
From center cockpit, it is down 3 steps to the galley/nav station and watch bunk.
To port are twin deep ss sinks, generous food prep area with eye level view to sea all around.
The nav station with full size chart table and radar is to starboard.
Easy access to CB panel which folds out to reveal professionally installed and dressed wiring.
Comfortable seating for navigator is part of "L" shaped bunk.
Excellent visibility through 3 large McDonnald-Douglas DC-8 style cockpit windows forward.
Down 3 additional steps to the saloon.
Settee to starboard seats 5 adults.
TV/VCR/DVD recessed.
New AC/ENG hot water heater (15 gal) behind partition.
To port there is bench seating for 3-4 adults - depending on how much fun you are having - with ample storage in cabinets behind.
Bronze portlights port & starboard.
Ample book storage.
Large storage under each seating area.
Brass oil lamp over table.
Chiming brass marine clock, second brass clock for CUT/GMT with brass barometer mounted on rich wooden bulkhead, interior by Don Blackman Boat Yards, San Diego.

Bronze portlight provides lighting (also DC) and ventilation.
To starboard there is a head & enclosed shower with very large shelving and surface surrounding a ss sink.

Forward there is a V berth that has been modified to house a full sized GE clothes dryer to starboard.

Anchor chain (300' 5/8th) locker forward of V berth behind secure hatch.
Aft of center cockpit and mizzen mast is a masters cabin, down 4 steps.

Masters bunk lies athwartships.
Manual bilge pump and access to aft portion of transmission and drive shaft through masters cabin.

Large lazarette aft w/aux Lister-Peter diesel engine.
