cruising, The engine (Westebeke 33hp 900 hours) runs reliably, .
Hull
is solid fiberglass about one inch thick at the turn of the bilge and
probably close to 2 inches below the full keel with its cut away
forefoot.
The boat has a very nice and spacious layout starting with a
pullman berth double at the bow.
Moving aft there are 2 settee berths
on port and starboard, with a galley to starboard and enclosed head to
port.
The pilothouse (which has standing headroom and quite a lot of
space) has a separate steering station (Edson wire steering system)
and a hatch in the floor gives complete access to the engine.
There is
also a tiller in the cockpit, along with the sail control lines.
This
boat could be perfect as a liveaboard or a long distance cruiser..
Lots of equipment including, 2 Schaeffer 2000 roller furling units
(genny & staysail).
Lewmar 30 self-tailing winches, solar panel.
Mainsail, 135% Genny, staysail, 8 opening ports and 2 opening hatches

Lots of work done in 2005: -Decks have been completely recored using
West System epoxy, contourcore end grain balsa, and solid epoxy
wherever hardware is throughbolted.
New Tempo fuel tank, Racor fuel
filter. -New holding tank and waste water hoses -Propeller
reconditioned, new propeller strut, new cutless bearing.
Propeller
shaft checked for straightness. -all new chainplates installed (U-bolt
style) -all rigging professionally checked and replaced as needed (new
forestay, new t-bolt toggles) -new topsides paintjob -3 coats of VIVID
bottom paint -decks painted - rebuilt rudder -lots more These boats
usually sell for $60,000-$90,000 on Yachtworld.com, and while this
particular boat needs some work before it is perfect, it is still a
great opportunity to get a lot of boat for your money.
