| | | | This 1988 27 foot Adventurer li / Weekender Fiberglass Pontoon Houseboat is equipped with a Marina 90 hp motor that was rebuilt before I bought her in August of 2003.
She runs perfectly and moves quickly and quietly through the water.
She trailers easily on a 2004 Load-Rite 28 foot trailer with a 2” coupler.
Her total towing weight is less than 7000 pounds.
I bought the trailer new in August of 2003 and it has less than 500 miles on it.
It has five new tires for the trailer and one is a spare.
This houseboat is used and will be sold "As Is" with no warranty expressed or implied.
I have had no accidents with her, and I haven't beached her.
She has only been in fresh water 2 times since I've owned her because I bought her to live in while my home was being built in Jackman, Maine.
This boat has never been in salt water.
She is a true multi-use recreational vehicle with all the comforts of home.
She can be hooked up to both the RV Campground and the Marina, there is a 30-amp circuit breaker installed both the front deck and the back decks have gates for easy entry onto the boat from all sides.
The front deck is 10' by 8' 5” and its open for fishing or sightseeing in the shade.
The cabin is approximately 14’ x 8' 5" and has a sofa and dinette that both convert to beds that will sleep a family of 4.
Both doors front and rear are sliding glass.
There is a stereo cassette player and speakers installed.
There are two brackets and the wires are installed for the speakers on the front deck but there are no speakers attached.
The kitchen is equipped with storage cabinets, an under counter Ice Box, three burner stove top, a cabinet with a top and sink, the water tank is missing needs to be added.
The faucet will attach to a 30-gallon water tank.
There is no bathroom but there is a closet across from the stove that becomes a private enclosure.
I was going to use a handicapped toilet and bought new a self-contained portable toilet with the chemicals and its still in the box from a local RV dealer which are included.
The rear deck is 8' 5" x 3’ (not excluding enclosure for engine/batteries).
The propane pipe is in place.
It is designed to hold two propane bottles.
The t-connection for the propane connection pipe and the base that holds the propane bottles are both missing and not included.
A ladder can be installed for access to the roof to sunbathe or fling the bait out but there is no ladder included.
The opening for the roof access can be seen on the rear photo.
There is a new NAPA 12 volt battery, a new ladder to get in and out of the water for the side to the boat, new life jackets, extension pole with hook to pull the boat close to to dock.
Also included are four new navagation lights that I bought but never installed and they are still in the packages, an anchor with a 100 feet of rope attached and a few other 50ft thick nylon ropes to tie of the boat to the dock.
